Your
admission to the Texas Folklife Festival includes
admission to the Institute
of Texan Cultures, one of the three campuses of the University of Texas at San
Antonio. The Festival is held on the Institute's 15-acre grounds at the corner
of Bowie Street and Durango Boulevard on HemisFair Park in downtown San Antonio.
Normal Institute Exhibit Floor hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday;
closed Monday, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. ITC will
be closed Tuesday and Wednesday
(June 4-5) prior to the Texas Folklife Festival,
and hours during the rest of
the week will correspond to the Festival hours of operation.
